At the 20PH, we are big fans of French Chef Cyril Lignac. With his little singing accent and his malicious look, he knew how to conquer our hearts and taste buds! After getting his first Michelin star, he recently opened his bakery just in front of his bistro Le Chardenoux. Without displeasing anyone, the cook handles equally good the sweet and salty. Associated with Pastry Chef Benoit Couvrand, he makes pistachio madelaines or even salty-buttered caramel éclairs, unbelievable. A place to try out ASAP!
