Claude Colliot: a pure success

The Parisian scene is scattered with hot spots where it’s nice to be seen. The restaurant Claude Colliot is one of them, with one difference… the taste! From lemongrass to coriander, from red kuri squash to beetroot, each dish on the menu is like fireworks, an explosion of colors and tastes. This ballet of bitterness, acidity and sweet and sour is really worth the detour.

    Nous y avons organisé notre dîner d’équipe, cuisine moderne et raffinée, équipe pro et très avenante. Cerise sur le gâteau, Quentin Tarantino et Mélanie Laurent comme voisins de table !
